This policy describes how DJ Lexvolution (Alex Dogoum) processes your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

Via the quote request form: type and date of event, venue, number of guests, description of the project, email address and phone number.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to respond to your quote request and to follow up your event (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR). It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Requests not followed up: 3 years maximum. Contractual data (quotes, invoices): 10 years (accounting obligations).

Recipients and hosting

Data hosted in France by o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand), accessible only to Alex Dogoum.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise it: djlexvolution@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Embedded content and cookies

Some pages embed third-party content (YouTube, SoundCloud) that may set cookies subject to their own policies. The site does not use advertising cookies.
