I have DJed a dozen Algerian, Moroccan and Franco-Maghrebi weddings in the Gironde and across Nouvelle-Aquitaine.<\/p><\/section><span class=\"ori-star ori-wrap\"><\/span><section class=\"ori-sec ori-wrap\"><h2>The running order is not the same<\/h2><p>At a Franco-Maghrebi wedding, three moments exist nowhere else and need to be prepared to the second.<\/p><h3>The oriental-style procession<\/h3><p>The couple\u2019s entrance is a moment of spectacle, not a simple arrival. It needs the right track, launched at the right instant, and a volume that carries without covering the youyous.<\/p><h3>The outfit change<\/h3><p>The bride changes once or several times during the evening. Each reappearance is an entrance in its own right, with its own music. This is where a DJ who is not used to it gets caught out: you have to hold the floor during the absence, then relaunch at the right moment.<\/p><h3>The henna<\/h3><p>A highlight with its own repertoire and its own rhythm.
